But that knowledge can be greatly increased by using the computer at home instead of public education. The best way to get a full education at home should now be made the number one teaching priority in public schools. Children should attend public schools only for the purpose of learning to how to educate themselves at home. Public educators say that being at home with an adult every day is not a normal environment for a child. Home schooling can produce children that do not know how to interact with others. Children need other children in order to develop into adulthood smoothly. If you take them out of the public schools you are doing a great disservice to them. The most important part of public education is learning how to get along with others. This can not be learned on the internet

Public schools have become an educational system that furthers the knowledge of anti-social behavior. Violence, drugs, and sexual promiscuity have become the culture of public education. Learning how to interact with others in public schools usually produces a child that is either sexually promiscuous or addicted to drugs. Many public schools in order to stop the flow of weapons into the building have installed metal detectors. Some of the weapons that have been taken away from children were loaded pistols.

The best answer to the public school education advocates and those that want to educate their children at home,is by leaving it up to the parents to decide what is best for their child. The state should respect the wishes of both sides in the debate, this can be done by giving a tax credit to those parents that want to home school their child. That is the American way.
